PAYMENT POLICIES:
We currently accept payments via PayPal (preferred, fastest payment processing), and Google Checkout.
NOTE: If paying by Google Checkout please allow more time for item processing as Google Checkout does not post payments to our bank account for 3 business days. We do not accept any forms of paper payment at this time.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our products will be shipped directly from one of our manufacturers / suppliers. They will arrive at your doorstep in 7 - 14 days after payment is received. Your items will be shipped either via UPS ground, USPS or FEDEX. Insurance is automatically included in the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified. We will keep you posted as to the status of your order every step of the way.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO FIGURE COMBINED SHIPPING RATES, SO THE BUYER MUST PAY FULL SHIPPING LISTED. HOWEVER, IF ACTUAL COMBINED SHIPPING COST IS LESS MONEY THEN THE AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED, GUARANTEED!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
In most cases you may return your item. We will list the return specifics on the description page for every item so that you will know exactly the criteria for returning an item. In most cases there is a restocking fee which varies by manufacturer. We do not accept returns on buyers remorse, so please keep this in mind before purchasing an item from us. All returns are for refund only. All return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the reason for return.
DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
We do everything in our power to keep up with inventory changes, out-of stock items, price changes and so on, however once in awhile an item may be discontinued or out of stock and we are not aware of this until the item has been purchased. If this is the case we will notify the buyer right away. You may choose to wait a short time to see if the item comes back in stock or we will cheerfully refund your money right away. Items with a hold button next to them are currently out of stock.

As a buyer you have the right to leave feedback for us, but before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us. We are sure that we can come to an agreement that will be satisfactory for both of us.
