IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Starting April 1st, 2012 we are unable to ship bumpers (which are included in our crib sets) to the city of Chicago, Illinois due to the ban of crib bumpers. Any crib set or bumper order shipping to Chicago will not be processed; these will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
We currently accept payments via PayPal (preferred, fastest payment processing), and Google Wallet.
Google Wallet securely stores your payment information and makes purchasing fast both online and in-store.
If you’ve used Google Wallet or Google Checkout before, all you need to do is login with your Google username and password to buy from us.
If you’re using Google Wallet for the first time, just fill out the single page of information when you make your purchase. After that, you’ll only need your Google Wallet login to make a purchase. There’s no need to re-enter your information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.
When you pay with Google Wallet, you can track all of your orders in one place.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our products will be shipped directly from one of our manufacturers / suppliers. Allow 3 - 9 business days for processing and shipment. It varies by supplier. In most cases your order will arrive at your doorstep in 7 - 14 days after payment is received. Your items will be shipped either via UPS ground, USPS or FEDEX. Insurance is automatically included in the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified. We will keep you posted as to the status of your order every step of the way. Please, provide a physical address in your order as many of our items are shipped via UPS and FedEx. They do not ship to PO boxes. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO FIGURE COMBINED SHIPPING RATES ON MANY OF OUR ITEMS, SO THE BUYER MUST PAY FULL SHIPPING LISTED. HOWEVER, IF ACTUAL COMBINED SHIPPING COST IS LESS MONEY THEN THE AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED, GUARANTEED!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
In most cases you may return your item. In some cases there is a restocking fee of 20% to 25% which varies by manufacturer. We do not accept returns based on buyers remorse, or after 30 days from date of purchase, so please keep this in mind before purchasing an item from us. Also, there is a fee for all refused packages. If you decide you do not want the item even before opening it please contact us first. Do not just refuse the package or you will be charged a fee.
All returns are for refund only. **** All return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the reason for return.***
JOJO DESIGNS, MY BABY SAM AND TREND LAB BEDDING AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE unless you received the wrong item or it is damaged in some manner. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR OR OTHER REASONS BASED UPON BUYER'S REMORSE. Please, keep this in mind when making a purchase from our store!
Glenna Jean Bedding!
Glenna Jean bedding and other items are custom made at the time of the order and are not returnable under any circumstances. The only exception to this is if you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective in some way.
If you wish to cancel an order for Glenna Jean products please do so within 1 day, after that items will go into production and orders can not be cancelled.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery for Glenna Jean, unless specified otherwise.
Before you return an item contact us to obtain a return authorization number "RMA." Then we will send you the number and instructions on how to return the item properly. Always, ship returned items by a reputable carrier and please obtain a tracking number when returning an item. Then email us with the number as soon as you receive it.
We try very hard to avoid sending you a defective or wrong item and we realize it cost you time and money to return a product. However, just as a major retailer such as Wal-mart does not give you gas money when you return a product we cannot absorb the cost of shipping the product back to us, it is effectively a cost of convenience. We will however absorb the cost of resending the exchange back to you.
DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
We do everything in our power to keep up with inventory changes, out-of stock items, price changes and so on, however once in awhile an item may be discontinued or out of stock and we are not aware of this until the item has been purchased. If this is the case we will notify the buyer right away. You may choose to wait a short time to see if the item comes back in stock or we will cheerfully refund your money right away. Items with a hold button next to them are currently out of stock.
FEEDBACK:
As a buyer you have the right to leave feedback for us, but before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us. We are sure that we can come to an agreement that will be satisfactory for both of us. We will do all that we can to make sure that you (our valued customer) are happy with the transaction within all reasonable limits. Thank you
