In electronic media true colors vary according to your personal settings on the computer screen. Please, keep this in mind when making an online purchase.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We offer two payment options. We accept payment via your PayPal account (preferred) or you may choose Google Checkout. Both methods are completely secure. However, Google Checkout takes 3 days to post payments to our bank account so please allow more time for payment processing and shipment.

Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
We have a few items that we combine the shipping cost, and we state the discount in the description. However, for the most part we do not offer any automatic shipping discount for combined purchases. However, if you should buy multiples of the same item / or item from the same supplier, and there is a substantial difference in the shipping amount paid We will refund the difference. GUARANTEED!

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, at this time international shipping is not offered. Nor can we ship to Alaska, Hawaii or to Post Office Boxes, APO's or FPO's.

Can I return my purchase?
In most cases you may return your item. We will list the return specifics on the description page for every item so that you will know exactly the criteria for returning an item. All returns are for refund only. All return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no matter the reason for return. Sorry.

Are your stained glass lamps genuine Tiffany?
No! Our lamps are made in the style and method developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany, but are not original pieces and we do not advertise them to be originals. Keep in mind with stained glass that the darker the colors of the shade the less light you will get. Stained glass lamps are usually designed to lend ambiance to a room rather then an abundance of light.
